H Class Dust Extractors

Dust extractors are tested internationally according to three standards: Low, Medium and High. Husqvarna dust extractors meet the High-Classification standard (EN-60335-2-69), so their S11, S26, S36 and T7500 models are all H classified.

H-Classification complies with the most stringent quality levels, requiring a filtration efficiency of 99.9% distributing particle sizes of less than 1mm. Husqvarna machines have been demonstrated to achieve more than 99.95% efficiency with particle sizes of 0.3mm

The Highest international standard also requires dust-free handling.

Husqvarna’s trademarked Longopac dust collection bag system ensures that the dust does not become airborne, either during operation or when changing the bag.

Portable compact air cleaners and dust extractors suitable for a wide range of application including construction, stone masonry, woodworking as well as other industries such as car body repairs, paint spraying and even bakeries. The Husqvarna air cleaners are not only suitable for workshops or job sites but also other areas such as canteens or offices of industries where there is a lot of dust and contaminates in the air such as paper mills, quarries, pre-fabricated concrete manufacturers and food processing etc.

In addition they can help remove odours from the air when used with carbon filters so beneficial for chemical industry as well as companies that use adhesives or spraying including paint spraying. Food processing can also benefit from these units.

The dust extractor units offer the ability to collect dust or slurry close to where is it generated using special attachments or with floor wands etc. to collect dust and or slurry from the floor without it becoming airborne again.
