Hopkins Rotoliner straight grainer for flat and box sections.
The pneumatic Rotoliner produces an in-line scratch pattern of varying sizes depending on the type and grade of belt used. Customers use this tool on stainless steel, aluminium & other non-ferrous metals, some plastics, wood etc. As well as graining this tool is suitable for grinding and blending welds and preparing surfaces prior to gluing, powder coating and painting.
We call this tool the Rotoliner but it is also known as a UT5766, PT7999 or Roller Belt Grinder.
The tool features a powerful pneumatic motor with speed regulator and an abrasive belt size of 60x260mm.
