The Norton rapid blend NEX unitised wheels are a good choice for light deburring and blending.

Norton unified wheels are designed for maintenance operations needing an efficient and cost-effective method of deburring, polishing, cleaning or finishing metals and composites. Easily preformed for use on a wide variety of shapes / contours. Hold shape well; less wheel dressing. Non-metallic so no contamination of work piece. Uniform construction maintains part tolerance and prevents cutting or gouging.

Size- 150x6mm with 25mm bore – Suitable for the Hopkins fillet weld grinder.

Grades available –
NEX-2SF – Soft density wheel with silicon carbide Super Fine Grain.
NEX-3SF –  Light density wheel with silicon carbide Super Fine Grain.
