The Aceti Art 36 edge chamfering and polishing machine has a twin speed motor for chamfering and polishing of different materials. The chamfering is done using a cutter with 10 indexable tips.
With a capacity to handle plate of many different thicknesses due to the open feed channel. The unit has variable angles of cut from – 15 to 45 degrees. The Art 36 will cut chamfers of up to 6mm and also chamfer radii of between 2 and 5 mm with the appropriate cutters fitted.
The polisher uses a parallel shaft for safety and will accept a mop or flap wheel of up to 250mm diameter with a 20mm bore wheel
The machine is fully guarded and is supplied with side plates for the mops and comes with cabinet stand ideal for consumable storage. Options include a built in extractor.
