The Aceti Art 04 edge chamfering and grinding machine has a single speed motor for chamfering and grinding of different materials. The chamfering is done using a cutter with 10 indexable tips.
With a capacity to handle plate of many different thicknesses due to the open feed channel. The unit has variable angles of cut from – 15 to 45 degrees. The Art 04 will cut chamfers of up to 6mm and also chamfer radii of between 2 and 5 mm with the appropriate cutters fitted.
The grinder is takes a type 1 wheel of 200x25mm with a 20mm bore. All standard grinding wheels of this size will fit. The machine is fully guarded and comes supplied on a cabinet stand ideal for consumable storage.
