The Hycon HCS16UW underwater cut off saw cuts a wide range of materials including concrete and reinforced concrete plus steel and stone. The Hycon cut-off saw is a reliable, powerful saw for cutting under extreme conditions. It is designed for vertical and horizontal cutting plus can be mounted on the SawEz rail system for even more diver safety. Ideal for a wide range of underwater cutting tasks including cutting piles, walls or weirs or any concrete or masonry structures.
The HCS16UW underwater cut off saw features a direct drive low maintenance motor and pre-drilled holes in the guard for easy cleaning. The saw stops automatically if the blade jams thanks to the system pressure relief valve. When releasing the trigger, the blade stops rotating a maximum of 10 sec, ensuring no injury to the diver. The HCS16UW requires 20-40 lpm hydraulic flow and 120-170 bar of pressure.
