ICS PowerGrit Utility Saw Chain is a revolutionary new product designed to change the way contractors cut water and sewage pipe. PowerGrit offers a safer, faster and cheaper way of cutting Ductile and Cast Iron pipe, insituform pipe lining and asbestos pipe.

By cutting from one side of the pipe only the saw can cut cleanly straight through the pipe removing the risk to the operator in comparison to attempting the same job with a cut off saw. In addition the size of the excavation is greatly reduced.

PowerGrit Utility Chain can fit onto two saw platforms, either the 695 petrol saw or the 880 hydraulic saw. Video below shows an example of cuts with the hydraulic saw both on the clamp and freehand.
